Job Description :
Looking for a Workday certified team ''coach'' to lead and mentor our Workday HCM, Workday Learning and Workday Payroll technical team @ Client.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead Workday SME for Client
- Team mentoring
- Offshore team leadership
- Vendor resource management on projects and steady state support/enhancements
- Escalation point for business concerns around Service Quality
- Reporting to Director, IT Corporate Systems

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA''s):
- MUST be certified, with 5-7 year Workday experience in HCM and Payroll
- Must have Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
- Must have experience with midsize to large company HRIS system management, pharma preferred but not mandatory
- Must have strong English communications skills and business acumen to work with our partners in HR
