Job Description :
ADP workforce now experience 5-8 years payroll manager experience Comfortable working in the grey and with change
Oracle or other HRIS administration experience is preferred System’s implementation experience is preferred

Summary:
Lead the company’s HRIS and Payroll needs and provides leadership to large scale projects such as Oracle Fusion HRIS implementation.
Maintain linkage to ADP Workforce Now payroll and the new Oracle Fusion HRIS system 
Provide leadership to assure HRIS and Payroll systems and processes are in-line with leading edge practices
Provide key input to HR technology roadmap
Ongoing system administrator and owner for HRIS and Payroll solutions.  Including responsibility for vendor management, issue and solution escalation, and in-house subject matter and training
Assure ongoing compliance with payroll and related tax legislation requirements
Supports strategic HR reporting for senior leadership and management
Works closely with key stakeholders in IT and Finance to ensure systems and processes are operating as planned in-line with current competitive market practices



What we ask of you

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, IT or Human Resource Management
7-10 years of HRIS leadership and administration experience in a matrixed, multi-site organization;
5+ years processing (or leading) U.S. payroll administration
Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel and/or Access, applying excellent analytical techniques
Experience with ADP and one other talent management system required 
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM preferred
Successful track record of HRIS implementation(s) and maintenance of complex, talent management systems
Experience leading coordination of HRIS/Payroll related programs with internal partners- primarily IT and Finance
Strong knowledge of US payroll and tax requirements.  CO knowledge a must.  MN, IN and TN knowledge a plus.  Ability to quickly build knowledge across all four states
