The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all components of the Firm’s Human Resource Management System and other related software, such as Performance and Talent Management systems. You will ensure the integrity of the data, system structure and enable full system utilization to business users.

WHAT YOU''LL DO
Oversee strategy and full functionality of all human resource information management systems.
Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws, and scheduled activities.
Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports, queries, dashboards utilizing appropriate tools, including developing and administering standard, customized, and compliance reports.
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Manage and design the mapping of all HRIS tables to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting.
Design and implement workflows and employee action forms to ensure proper HRIS data entry and full automation of key business processes.
Develop user-friendly procedures, guidelines, process manuals, and documentation.
Train staff and new system users on new processes and functionality.
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS systems new features, upgrades and/or patches.
Collaborate with others to coordinate application of upgrade or fixes, if needed.
Collaborate with other HRMS users (Finance/Payroll) to ensure the integrity of the HRIS system and data.
Advise management on organizational policy matters related to the HRIS.
Leverage HR team for a thorough understanding of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, and various federal requirements.
In collaboration with members of the HR Department, plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organization’s human resources strategic HRIS-related goals.
WHAT YOU''LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources or related field required.
Minimum 7 to 10 years of HRIS implementation and administration in an exempt-level position.
Minimum of 5 years of systems implementation experience
Five years of database and project management experience
Experience with UltiPro HRMS is desired
Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation.
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and report writing applications.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
Must be able to effectively train others on system utilization.
Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and provide conclusions or approaches to the job.
Must be able to interpret complex documents and formulate an opinion.
Must demonstrate the ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce a solution that will work for all employees.
Must be able to discover and see problems that may arise in the corporation or between personnel.
Must have the ability to listen effectively and understand employee usage concerns and formulate a decision to resolve the issues
