We're looking for a HRIS Implementation Consultant with 5+ years of HR systems experience to join a great team in Atlanta, GA.

As the HRIS Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and driving initiatives and projects that span multiple HR disciplines. You will identify how to leverage HR systems and application functionality more effectively. This is a great opportunity to highly impact an organization that is rapidly growing.

As the HRIS Implementation Consultant, you will:

Assess current HRIS system and make recommendations to drive process improvement

Identify, design, and implement innovative and integrated HR solutions

Ensure HRIS data is configured accurately to automate reporting and simplify daily process

Pull data from HRIS, analyze it, and assess how change would impact the system and put together a cohesive solution

Lead HRIS system project prioritization

Ensure operations and projects have a great ROI through a managed HR systems portfolio

Develop, lead, manage, and motivate HRIS systems team

Job Requirements for HRIS Implementation Consultant:

5+ years of experience in an HR systems role

Bachelor's Degree in a related area

Expert knowledge of current HRIS developments, ATS's, and case management systems

Previous experience with application configuration, software vendor selection, and vendor relationship management

Knowledge of project management tools

Strong business acumen

iCIMS ATS System experience

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, including data analysis
