HRIS Coordinator

This position will maintain personnel data in PeopleSoft and other systems managed by the HRIS team as well as perform other organizational and record-keeping duties to help the team work efficiently. This position reports to the HRIS Manager.

Responsibilities
Receive inbound transactions from a number of sources and key the corresponding data into PeopleSoft.
Assist in developing new business processes to improve team productivity and our service to internal customers.
Help document procedures and maintain appropriate checklists.
Monitor the inbound HRIS Requests mailbox to ensure that requests are assigned to the appropriate team members. Follow-up with requestors, as needed, to assist in assigning the work to the appropriate HRIS team member.
Using information derived from PeopleSoft, prepare spreadsheets and other electronic documents to convey information about Dentons'' personnel.
Periodically audit HRIS data to help identify data entry errors and exceptions.
File and organize inbound documentation. Assist in preparing personnel files.
These duties may be ongoing or ad hoc in nature.
Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.

Qualifications
2+ years'' experience performing complex data entry for a HRIS system like PeopleSoft or other ERP application.
High School diploma, or its equivalent in additional work experience.
Very strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Must be methodical with excellent organizational skills.
Superior customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
Previous law firm and Human Resources experience preferred.
