HRIS Analyst
Reading PA
Duration: 6 months+ (potential to hire, won’t guarantee, but would like option to)

Interview: Face2Face

The HRIS Analyst will support the HRIS Supervisor by utilizing business requirements along with HRIS standards for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of HR systems. This role will make alterations to existing system programs/configuration as necessary to correct issues or improve current functionality. Additional activities include monitoring and controlling HR data integrity though system testing, and auditing, mass updates, reporting and end user support.

Technical Skills
Understanding of systems of record and their data structure
Experience working on HR system
Preferably looking for candidates who have supported Taleo Recruiting Systems and/or Oracle E-Business Suite
Editing of report queries
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
Proficiency in MS-Access
Technical issue resolution process
