Job Description :
We're looking for a HRIS Analyst with 5+ years of HRIS and SuccessFactors experience to join an amazing team in Atlanta, GA.

As the Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the evaluation, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of the HR systems. You will lead the analysis of existing functionality, recommendations for process improvements, and feature implementations. You know what quality HR data and will be responsible for ensuring data integrity.

As HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors, you will:

Administer and maintain continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors systems

Manage data and auditing procedures in the HRIS

Create and monitor standard process to support the administration f of the HRIS system

Develop with future state of the HR Systems Road Map

Manage test script development and execution

Lead system testing

Coordinate testing resources and test completion metrics

Job Requirements for HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors:

5+ years of HRIS experience, with solid SuccessFactors experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a similar field

Must know HR processes and procedures like the back of your hand

Customer service focused

Must have a successful record of process improvement and continuous improvement

Solid experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project
