Job Description :
We're looking for an HRIS Analyst with 5+ years of experience for a great opportunity in Milton, GA.

Our client is looking for someone who will be a team player, highly confidential, analytical, and process and detailed oriented. You must have exceptional SQL and Excel skills, and bring a strong understanding of HRIS systems. As HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the HR systems and leading and implementing HR projects.



As HRIS Analyst, you will:

Support configurations within the HRIS system

Lead the interface of data from or to the HRIS application

Ensure accuracy of data going into Data Warehouse

Manage adhoc report requests

Lead all HRIS troubleshooting, pushing issues to accurate technical resources

Track Corporate HR metrics

Participate in future HRIS implementation solutions

Work cross-functionally with the IT and HR Departments

Work with large sets of data, reports, and perform data clean up

Job Requirements for HRIS Analyst:

5+ years of experience in a HRIS role

Bachelor's Degree is required

Solid knowledge of relational databases and reporting

Advanced knowledge of SQL script interpretation and writing

Experience with a global HRIS system (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP)

Top-notch communication skills; you will be working cross-functionally with other teams

Experience doing data analysis for troubleshooting, specification development, and solution testing

Strong knowledge with pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel
