Position : HR Specialist
Location : East Aurora NY
Duration : 12+ Months
The purpose of this role is to process specific payrolls as assigned and prepare all associated reports for Finance and tax reporting. This position serves as the first point of escalation from the E-Support Generalist. The role will be trained in all areas of a E-Support Generalist and assumes responsibility for E-Support phone support as scheduled and can be called upon as a backup to cover unexpected absences and vacations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in processing in-house payroll and working with time and attendance systems
Ability to manage confidential information in a mature and secure manner
