5 to 7 years of related professional work experience.
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with HCM SaaS products such as Workday, SuccessFactors.
Experience with integrations between HR system and 3rd party systems.
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
Demonstrate business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills
5+ years of experience in HRIS/HRIT
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with continuous change and meet deadlines
Knowledge of business process reengineering, change control methodologies and tools
Expertise in popular business tools (Windows, Office Professional, Visio, SharePoint, etc

Work closely with HRDI Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to 1) write business requirements & design processes to enhance the end user experience, 2) manage and configure system updates, 3) testing, and 4) documentation.
Collaborate on process efficiency initiatives. Recommend process improvements to processes and establish procedures that positively impact the organization''s operation.
Must be able to work closely with members of the business and technical teams to troubleshoot, identify system issues, and propose recommendations to resolve them.
Provide production support to HRDI systems as assigned.
Manage and/or assist with testing of HRDI system releases.
Ensure data integrity in the HCM system, including the ongoing development and monitoring of data quality and confidentiality/privacy standards.
