Job Description :
Duties:
o Support the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business, all while providing an outstanding candidate experience
o Coordinate all elements of candidate interview logistics including: Sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, deliver professional internal and external communications etc.
o Draft and deliver a professional interview agenda to all parties
o Maintain a clear hiring process and workflow by updating candidate status in applicant tracking system
o Build and maintain strong relationships with the Recruiter and Hiring teams
o Field questions and scheduling requests, which includes maintaining an open line of communication with the recruiter, applicant, and hiring team.
o Provides administrative support to the Recruiting team, including process improvement project and other ad-hoc duties
o Other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications/ experience:
o Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
o Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically scheduling meetings in Outlook
o Proven phone etiquette and professionalism
o Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
o Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
o Ability to handle pressure and manage frequently changing priorities
o Proven problem solving, decision making, organizational and time management skills
o Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
