Role Name: HR Consultant
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Monterey Park, CA


Qualifications: 

- Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to benefits and employment; thorough knowledge of HR related programs, policies, benefits, and services; 
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive issues or information. 
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills. 
- Strong interpersonal relation and conflict resolution skills. Effective oral and written communications skills. 
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and previous experience working in a merger and acquisition environment are a plus
