Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
To drive core HR programs such as Talent Next, PMP, ESAT and talent Onboarding across Direct MU
Own operational issues and employee queries
Liaise with corporate/back end HR teams
Set up a program office that generates People Analytics for the group

Work Experience:
5years and above
At least 2 years in line / core HR

Skills / Competencies:
Understanding of the business dynamics and impact on organization and employees
Ability to influence employees and stakeholders
Drive for results
Adept in managing conflicts
Analytical skills
Ability to work with the entire MS suite – Excel, PPT
Excellent understanding of HR policies and processes
