Job Description – HR Assistant
The Human Resource Assistant will support the Organization with administrative and various HR related functions.

Responsibilities:
Assist with employee questions and problems promptly and courteously.
Ensures compliance with all state and federal discrimination and employment regulations.
Oversees the compliance team and partners with the Legal team to keep updated on changes in laws, regulations and guidelines,
as well as shares information with the team
Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, a
nd employee experience;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; compensation and benefits administration.
Complies with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements
Completes reports for management as requested.

Skills Preferred
Filing, scanning, faxing; organizing and maintaining employee and department files.
Initiate new hire process, gather necessary management approvals and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Ensure that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures.
Complete miscellaneous research, reports and memos as requested.
Assist with processing terminations.
Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of US Visas.
Should have Thorough knowledge on Process of Visa Transfer Case and related documents.
Performance Management and Improvement Systems

Desired
Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent Business related experience.
Minimum 1 Years of Experience working as HR Assistant or Generalist.
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet constant deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information impeccably.
Participating in the renewal and open enrollment processes
Possesses strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Maintaining benefit data in systems and performing audits.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative;
