Job Description :
HR Analyst
Philadelphia PA
6 months plus contract

Responsibilities
1. Provides client support of client’s HR Technology deployment including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting / Analytics and Integrations to other applications
2. Performs analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements
3. Leads designated projects within the HR Technology environment

Skills:
HR software support and administration (Lawson preferred)
Proactive problem solving skills
Business and system analysis skills
HR domain knowledge and experience
Technology aptitude and learning ability
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency using MS Office applications including MS Access and MS Excel
Database, report-writing and data analysis experience
Project management skills, knowledge and experience
Customer service orientation
Collaboration and consensus building skills

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
Relevant academic concentrations include: HR Technology, HR Management, Human Capital Management, Business Intelligence, Health Care Administration, Information Systems
4 to 6 years of experience working in an Human Resources or Information Technology environment
