Job Description :
Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GED required 5-7 years related experience

Requires strong business vocabulary and organizational procedures.

Preparing charts and presentations

Strong communication, analytical, and inter-personal skills, as well as excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading abilities

Knowledge of expense and budget reporting, accounts payable

Experience with copiers and scanners is a must

Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Must possess excellent time-management skills. Ability to work independently to identify and resolve problems.



Nice to Have:

Work pro-actively with minimal supervision

Excellent speaking ability with proper grammer

Ability to quickly understand of company standards, policies, and guidelines

LMS (Learning Management System) prior experience w/an LMS is a plus but not a requirement.
