Job Description :
Position: HR/Accounts Assistant
Location: South Plainfield, NJ - 07080
Employment Type: Temporary (2-3 months)
Compensation: Competitive (based on experience)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to maintain AP/AR, assist payroll administration
Responsible for maintaining personnel files for employees including I-9s
In depth understanding of H1B Visa sponsorship
Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in high-pressure situations while paying close attention to detail.
Must be process driven and methodical.
Assist with the daily operational of the Human Resources Department
Answering phone calls
Adhoc Reporting

Preferred 1-2 years’ Experience in an HR Generalist/HR Admin role or relevant field
Relevant administrative assistance, more recently supporting an executive/senior leader
Expert knowledge of software programs to include Windows and MS Office applications and business unit specific programs (booking travel, filing expenses, HR tools)
Ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
Effective problem-solving skills while working well under pressure and with minimal direction
Extremely high confidentiality; integrity and trust
Able to prioritize and multi-task
Strong initiative and good judgment are a must
Ability to work independently, but also partner as a team player
Able to work beyond standard work hours, on occasion
Solid written and verbal communication skills
