What You''ll Do
Support our they take a human-centered approach to modernizing IT and migrating to a cloud environment
Leverage Salesforce effectively and reach target capabilities, utilizing various tools to help our client on their mission to create a better digitally integrated experience for their customers
Serve as a digital integrator, creating robust technology solutions to meet our clients'' growing business needs and requirements
Plan, design, develop, test and deploy solutions within an agile SDLC framework that continuously delivers high-quality code
Participate in code and design reviews of solution implementations to ensure that code quality and development best practices are maintained
Participate in or lead the development of client deliverables
Perform project tasks independently and direct other team members as needed
Build, integrate and maintain databases both within and outside of Salesforce.
Manage daily support and maintenance, conduct long-term improvement to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements and compliance requirements
Communicate with stakeholders to create cohesive project strategies and maintain cross collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
As needed, contribute to new business proposals
About You
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Development including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and Migration Tools
3+ years'' experience with web technologies (HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript)
2+ years'' experience with OO analysis and design experience
Salesforce Developer (Dev 401) Certification
Experience working in Agile environment
Experience using tools like JIRA, Rally, DOORS, SVN
