Job Description :
3-5 years ITIL experience
3-5 years Linux Shell Scripting
3-5 years Java - Nice to have
2 years Oracle database experience - Nice to have - 2 years
Extensive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for HP Service Manager
Serve as a HP Service Manager expert on project efforts which impact HP Service Manager
Provide 3rd level Problem Management support for HP Service Manager
Ensure that HP Service Manager is consistently stable and available
Provide training and support documentation to the 2nd level administration team
Effectively understand Service Management guidelines and principles
