Job Description :
No. of Years of Experience as an HP Tools Admin (Test Director 5.0- 7.2, Quality center 9.0/10 ALM 11.0/11.52/12.01)
Min of 2 to 4 years of working experience supporting IT Tools for Windows/Mainframe Applications.
Minimum 4 years of experience successfully performing system administration tasks in an enterprise environment.
Basic working knowledge of Unix
Basic working knowledge of Red Hat Linux
No. of Years of Experience in HP Quality Center (Admin Experience Mandatory, HP ALM Reporting, Worked on upgrade is added advantage)
No. of Years of Experience in HP Quick Test Professional
No. of Years of Experience in Load Runner
No. of Years of Experience in IBM Optim
No. of Years of Experience ANCILE uPerform
No. of Years in SAP TAO (Test Accelerator and Optimizer)
No. of Years in Serena PVCS (Admin Experience)
Monitor problem queue for Tools team, identify and resolve issues.
Installation, configuration and support of IT Tools.
Assist application and project teams with application troubleshooting and problem resolution with IT Tools.
Develop and review production deployment implementation plans in compliance with IT production control requirements.
Provide consulting assistance to IT customers regarding the use of IT Tools.
Analyze and resolve problems escalated from Desktop Support staff for Tool related issues.
Identify root causes for Tool issues.
Interface with Desktop Support staff to communicate the status of problems.
Interface with management to identify training opportunities and report on system status.
Research, analyze, recommend and develop methods to increase productivity and reduce downtown for the user community.
Participate in projects as required and utilize standard project management methodologies.
Identify the need for and assist with the documentation of processes and procedures.
