Linux Admin who has infrastructure experience bank''s Linux environments. This includes but is not limited to deployment, configuration management, patching, support. Coordination with application teams to ensure all O/S patches are tested before migration to production environments Work with the infrastructure team to manage secure configurations for all Linux assets.Having a solid working experience and understanding o:; Infrastructure basics, Windows Active Directory, VMWare, basic networking
CORE COMPETENCIES:
* Extensive knowledge of standard system tools with the ability to use them to automate complex system tasks.
* Extensive knowledge of physical networking and network protocols, services and security including: TCP-IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN''s, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos, NFS and Samba.
* Good understanding of file systems including ZFS and the various RAID options availableVMWare experience required
* Redhat certification is a plus.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communications skills
* Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 Servers, service packs, upgrades
* Excellent customer service, Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent documentation skills
* Work independently and in a team environment (same team and cross-functional teams)

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum 7 years experience in working in a complex/enterprise IT environment
? Bachelor''s degree in computer science or related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
? 5+ Years Linux (Redhat preferred)
? 3+ Years ITIL methodologies
? 3+ Years VMware Vsphere 5.5+, 6.5
? 3+ Years within a financial services organization
? HP Hardware
? Experience with the following tools is a distinct plus(ServiceNow, CyberArk, ArcSight, CarbonBlack, IBM Datapower)
