Essential Skills:
Handled multiple Cloud HCM Implementation Projects
Functional hand-on experience on Core HR, Absence Management and Talent Management modules
Product knowledge on other functional HCM modules
Knowledge on various technical components and its functions in Cloud HCM
Knowledge on Patch Management (Quarterly Patch Updates)
Experience in Upgrade

Role Description:
Implementation Experience in minimum 1 Cloud HCM Project in the following modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management)
Hands-on Configuration and Design experience in various functional areas Enterprise Structure, Workforce Structure Data, Lookup and Value Set Configurations, system administration profile settings, Flex field configurations (DFFs) etc.
Hands on Experience on Release 12 or Higher
Drive requirements gathering sessions and other CRPs
Act as Oracle Fusion subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes
Ability to do proper fit-gap analysis with Cloud HCM and help customers to identify the right solutions for functional gaps
Identify Business Requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion Functionality
Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
Responsible for successful testing of developed solutions including User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution.
Ability to coordinate with Oracle for SRs, new product releases, ability to coordinate upgrades/patches/fixes
Prior work experience in Oracle eBiz or PeopleSoft is added advantage
Support the team in any functional or technical issues
Review the deliverables to customer and ensure they meet the standards
Review the training manuals and co-ordinate user trainings with customers
