HCM Developer
SaaS and Paas of Oracle HCM, Business objects
Columbus, OH
* Familiar with both SaaS and PaaS platforms of Oracle HCM cloud.
* Be able to develop Integrations and transmit data to on prim platforms
* Familiar with Modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Pensions, Benefits etc
* Familiar with User Entities and Business objects with in HCM
* Coordinates with HR, Benefits and Payroll SMEs to support HCM platform(Release 13 or up – Oracle SaaS and PaaS
* Provide development best practices and help troubleshoot various SaaS and * PaaS components of HCM Cloud.
* Coordinates testing efforts with QA team.
* Guide the team with QA and UAT phases
* Develops, tests implement, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned modules.
* Troubleshoots operational issues.
* Provides support for any Oracle HCM development/upgrade projects.
* Manage the development of any interfaces or analytical tools
* Be able to mentor and coach developers with industry standards.
* Should have hands on experience with REST APIs, SOAP
* Should have hands on experience in building integrations on Oracle ICS
* Should have hands on experience with HCM Extract and BI publisher
* Familiar with code deployment strategies
