We are looking for a candidate for the position of Graphic Designer.



Position: Graphic Designer

Duration: Long Term

Location: Miami Lakes, FL



Job Description:

7-8 years of experience as Graphic Designer preferably in Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals industry on Product Labeling, Technical Documentation
Proficient in Computer Graphics software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw etc.
Knowledge of Label Life Cycle Management
Coordinate with Project Manager / Lead / Client & get trained in client requirement software(s) and applicable standards.
Knowledge of designing and printing of labels used on finished goods product ensuring that they meet business and industry regulations such as EU MDR, ISO standards
Participate in creation of procedures for graphics design.
Executes an initial idea visually from the conceptual stage, through to production.
Work closely with project leaders in the creation, design and implementation of product labeling and packaging graphics
Work closely with outside services such as translation houses, service bureaus, design houses and consultants as needed.
Develop/create graphic file work for Current IFUs, Cartons, Hangtags, Compliance Cards and other print collaterals (InDesign or other systems) as needed for product labeling and packaging graphics.
Initiate documentation packages for artwork approval
Release artwork and maintain native artwork files
Responsible for accuracy of work.
Create and maintain proofing packet documentation for the project like From-Tos, Checklist etc.
Maintains compliance to FDA Quality System Regulation, ISOs, EU MDR & other international standards
Excellent oral and written communication skills
