Job Description:
Client is currently seeking a motivated Designer who can jump into a fast-paced environment and take on marketing- and sales-driven creative projects, who will own print work from ideation to execution, and support digital needs. This position will be a full-time contract position, with approximately 40 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
As part of SAP product management team, this individual will design visually interesting graphics and brand compliant pieces for internal and external audiences. The Designer will produce various creative materials including and not limited to: executive presentations in PowerPoint and HTML emails, while contributing to the team culture and quality standards.

Design, layout and produce new creative using established templates/branding for materials such as: Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. Be able to design within templates as well as bring new creative treatments to visual portray sometimes copy heavy ideas.
Create web graphics, landing page banners, social media images, and other web-based graphics, in accordance with company branding.
Leverage established HTML email templates to update for email communications.
Utilize graphic design tools and software to create or update presentations for monthly webinars and sales enablement.
Ensure existing collateral and materials are up to date, and manage version control.
Organize and maintain design files in various marketing systems.
Contribute to the development of the design team’s culture and quality standards.
Opportunity to design more web-based graphics to support landing page and microsite builds.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 8-10 years of related professional experience.
Advanced skills in Adobe CS Suite.
Fluent in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Expertise in PowerPoint and leveraging it to tell visual stories, a plus.
Confident understanding of the print industry and production process.
Basic comprehension of web design and current digital technologies, with aspirations to grow digital skill set.
Basic experience working with HTML email templates; experience with marketing automation platforms a plus.
A discerning eye for branding aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to take direction and follow through completion independently within a set deadline.
Motivation to maintain, improve and govern design standards.
Must be comfortable working with individuals across the department and company to understand creative asks and turn complex ideas into visual stories. Ability to think out of the box and find creative, unorthodox solutions when needed.
Able to handle multiple projects with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change.
HTML/CSS proficiency a plus.
