Position''s Contributions to Work Group:

1) Web analytics administration and development using WebTrends and Google Analytics.
2) Load testing web applications using HP Performance Center and LoadRunner.

Typical Day:
50% of time spent on weekly and monthly load testing (setup and execution) that provides quality assurance for code releases.
50% of time spent on web analytics performing administration, support and development activities for measurements of internal Caterpillar web sites.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree

Critical Technical Skills:
IDEALLY HAVE PRIOR CAT EXPERIENCE~
Scripting and performance testing experience using HP LoadRunner and HP Performance Center.
Web Analytics administration experience using WebTrends, and Google Analytics. Able to understand code (HTML, Java, etc.

Soft Skills Required:
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with ITSM processes including change management, problem management and incident management.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
