Job Title: Genesys Routing Engineer

Job Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12 months

Experience: 6-8 Years

We are looking to add a resource for the Genesys Routing team. This person should have had routing experience in the past. Our preference would be to have this resource available in Austin

Responsibilities include:

· Act as the technical lead for the CCTech routing team

· Work with the Apple business teams and routing team to arrive at appropriate designs to meet project objectives

· Work in a very dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to meet project goals

Skills needed:

· Expertise in Genesys ORS application development

· Expertise in Genesys IRD application development

· Expertise in Genesys framework and exposure on Genesys reporting

· Experience in developing Javascript code

· Good communication skills

· Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

· Pro-active and able to work on own initiative
