Position: Genesys Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12+ Months
Interview: Phone And Face to Face
Required Skill :
Would include Genesys Composer, VoiceXML, CCXML, and java back-end integration
Would be supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting IVR applications within GVP written in Java and Genesys Studio
Would also include IVR applications in Genesys Composer
These IVR applications have integrations into backend systems so need to be able to support this integration, most of which are integration through stored procedures and Java web services
Genesys v8 preferred
Need excellent analysis and design skills
