Provide Consulting and Implementation Support for Genesys Contact Center Solution with Genesys Voice Platform
Responsibilities will be to Participate in Solution Development based on Customer Requirements
Work with Cross Functional Team for Genesys Deployment
Coordinate Delivery, Implementation, Testing

Must Have Skills:
Genesys Framework
Genesys SIP solutions
Genesys Network and Enterprise Routing Solution, Genesys Voice Platform Installation and Development (VXML, Genesys Studio, Composer, etc)
