Job Description :
1. 3-5 years of Agile and release planning experience.

2. 5-7 years of contact center and Genesys applications/tools experience such as
a. Interaction Routing Designer (IRD) 8.x
b. Genesys PSDKs
c. Web Services consumption
d. Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues
e. WDE Softphone
f. Voice, email and chat routing
g. Configuration Tools - Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) & Configuration Manager 8.x (CME)
h. CCPulse (real time reporting)
3. Experience with code repository and deployment tools – Github, UCD, Jenkins etc.
4. 5+ object oriented programming experience – C# .Net, Java

Nice to Have
1. Genesys Composer IVR experience
2. Experience working with remote teams
3. Test Automation Experience
4. Experience managing production tickets
