Advanced Excel skills, Access Database, data integrity, ability to analyze data and provide suggestions or produce an analysis based on a dataset
Ability to create clear concise error free data – attention to detail is key in this role
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills across all levels of management, strong relationship building skills,
Ability to change and evolve as the process and role evolves,
Team player, outgoing, self starter, self-manage their own workload, if not sure about something – the ability to gather the correct info, confidence (but not cockiness), ability to own a process and suggest tweaks as needed

Specific Role Responsibilities:
IT Cost Savings Reporting on a monthly basis
Continually updating and evolving this report; utilizing this report to trend and forecast spend/savings trends. Researching multiple data elements that go in to creating this report.
Data integrity is key as this report is shared with Senior Leadership

HPAM (Software Asset management tool) Ownership from Start to Finish
Reporting (Analytics)
Widget creation
Monitoring
Data cleanup on a weekly/monthly basis
Vendor Stratification Ownership - Adding/Removing vendors, proactively manage vendor catalogs, manage contract end dates, id overlaps in vendor capabilities
Evolve and Streamline reporting - Look to have a single source of record for IT Vendor Management team and other teams within Dignity Health to access
Tie in to HPAM Reporting

Forward Looking Maintenance Report – Creating, verifying and publishing report
Adhoc reports as assigned
Lawson Backup – Request entry (QA document, validate financial information) and running processed PO report when Analyst I is out.
SOP Maintenance and management

Some SQL coding for HPAM
