Title: GRC BWISE Developer
Location: Jersey City NJ 07310
Duration: long term contract

Job Description
Improve the compliance solution and deliver business driven initiatives using vendor based GRC platform BWISE. The Solution can be implemented in any of the below modules:
Common framework and taxonomies;
Regulation inventory management;
Policy management;
Compliance risk assessment;
Testing & monitoring;
Examination management;
Case & incident management;
Breach Management

Services to be provided and tasks to be completed: The developer/analyst should be able to
Provide Functional & IT support for BWise Application
Work independently with project managers/business users on Project and Enhancements.
Exposure to Agile methodology and Technical documentation
Detail oriented and diligent in delivery – strong balance of technical and soft skills
Should have exposure to communicate and work with business clients
Ability to think and contribute towards process and innovation in Enterprise apps
Ability to create training documents and take initiatives to train peers
Ability to work and contribute as a Team player
Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment
Should be able to adhere to SLA''s and Targets, would be good to have ITIL Certification or processes

Required
Experience in core implementation of BWISE product
Configuration and integration with other internal/external systems
Significant experience in testing and troubleshooting of incidents within enterprise application
Experience in databases (SQL Server / Oracle)
Ability to perform and validate SQL queries for reporting, dashboard and troubleshooting purposes
Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders on BWise activities
Certification as a BWise Functional Administrator, handling communication with BWise Support Centers
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written), experiences in an international team and with international clients, interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to handle multiple priorities

Environment
History of Project: This project objective is to implement Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms to enhance the processes and controls related to several key functions including the following: Regulatory Inventory, Policy Management, Compliance Risk Assessment, Testing and Monitoring, Incident and Regulatory Examination Management, Breach Management, Control Room etc.
