1. GIS Developer Philadelphia, PA – 3 Positions: Duration 1Year +; Client: Comcast

8+ Years of experience in GIS/ Spatial development.
Experienced in ESRI product suite, JavaScript, Ajax, CNET, Java added advantage, .NET rest services /web API.
ArcGIS server, ArcSDE ArcGIS JavaScript API with DOJO frame work and .NET/JAVA ArcGIS API
Experience on Oracle Spatial, FGDB.
Experience on ArcGIS Web app builder and ArcGIS portal management.
Experience on writing ArcGIS python script for automation scripts.
Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-¬-country/time zone environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks.
Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities.
Highly adaptive and capable of being an individual contributor and working as part of an extended team.
Exposure to Spatial Net tool is an add-on.

2. GIS Analyst/Tester – Walnut Creek, CA – 2 Positions: Duration 1 Year +; Client: PG&E

Must have :
Excellent knowledge of GIS Testing , ESRI ArcGIS, Web GIS
Experience in Manual Testing
Good Communication Skills

Good to have :
Developer Testing tool knowledge
Experience in Testing of GIS applications

Responsibilities :

Responsible for Testing of GIS applications specifically testing.
Provide testing report to technical and performance issues related to GIS application
Coordinate between offshore and onsite technical team
Provides support to technical lead.

3. GIS Analyst - Los Angeles, CA – 3 Positions: Duration 1 Year +; Client: Sempra Energy(SoCal Gas)


Create processes to maintain GIS data, develop methods of analysis, and perform complex analyses of GIS datasets. Analyze business needs, develop and implement GIS technology solutions across multiple departments.

Experience with requirement gathering, reporting, mapping and process flows, ability to interpret business processes
Experience with Linear Reference System, Calibration Points, Stationing, Equation Points, PODS Database, and exposure to Utility Pipeline Data Model and ArcGIS for Pipeline Referencing
Experience using ArcGIS 10.5.1, ArcGIS Pro, Esri Workflow Manager(a plus), advanced geospatial analysis and knowledge of Python
Data Management and Analysis - acquire, maintain data and perform complex spatial analysis using GIS technologies.
Ability to create map products, analysis for web and ad-hoc requests
Regulatory Compliance - coordinate Company response to applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
New Technologies - research new GIS technologies. Recommend and implement technological solutions to meet business needs.
Technical Support - provide technical support to Geographic Services and other Gas Engineering organizations.
Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate, both orally and written, technical and non-technical information to all levels of management in both formal and informal settings.
Must possess the ability to effectively interact with various departments to maintain open lines of communication and work on multiple projects.


Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field with emphasis in Geographic Information Systems.
Must have prior GIS experience with ESRI applications.
Must possess understanding of GIS concepts related to network modeling and linear referencing.
Must possess working knowledge of utility operations, including Transmission, Distribution and Storage.
Must possess an awareness of industry standards and practices as they apply to geospatial information content and current business practices within the utility industry.

4. GIS Developer Merrillville, IN – 1 Positions: Duration 3 Months; Client: NiSource

Electric Utility experience: Must have
ESRI ArcGIS + ArcFM: 5+ years (Configuration & development)

Experience on the following preferred: AutoCAD Map, ESRI development experience

The role is for a Utility GIS expert with good experience in ArcFM.
Requirement is to work on configuring an internal project using AutoCAD and ESRI ArcGIS 10.1
Nice to have: Designer/Schneider experience
