Job Description :
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of ten years of paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house, with an emphasis on corporate affairs and transactions.
Bachelor’s degree or higher earned with solid academic credentials.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school or program.
Background in corporate affairs, corporate governance, Board-work, mergers and acquisitions, and contracts, with a general knowledge of corporate and securities law.
Good working knowledge of Westlaw and EDGARpro.
Top notch researching, writing, communicating, and analyzing skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage a heavy and multi-directional workload and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong references verifying experience and skills.

The three most important components/requirements of this role include:
1. Legal entity management-general corporate governance. You will be managing formal 30-40 entities across the globe.
2. Board work- working directly and communicating with Board of Directors for large corporation
3. SEC filings
A plusM&A experience.
