Functional Tester
Loc: Dallas, TX
Looking for a functional tester having worked in Retail domain preferably on POS and Store systems. This role might also require some bit of automation expertise however not mandatory.
8+ years of IT experience
2 to 5 years of POS (Point of Sale) testing preferred
Execute functional test cases based on test plan
Comprehensive testing and tracking of issues in release(s)
Identify and communicate high-risk areas to product development team.
Maintain and communicate testing status to Release Management
Work closely with the Product Support team to understand functional requirements
Write test cases for previous functionality where missing
Write test cases for new and upcoming functionality
Investigate failures in test runs, follow through until resolution * Test Plan
Very good knowledge of QA processes
Very good knowledge of Agile processes
Very good communication skills and able to manage teams
Able to work independently with different teams
Able to create, review and execute test cases based on the requirements
Experience using QA tools like JIRA, qTest, etc.
Experience working in onsite offshore teams

Ranorex automation experience is a plus
