Job Description :
Position: Functional Test Lead
Location: Chicago ,IL
7-12 years overall experience in Testing with very good communication skills
Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
Strong Knowledge and experience of all phases of SDLC and QALC (Quality Assurance Life Cycle)
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment into Daily Scrums, working with Business Analysts in creating user stories and testing user stories, product backlogs, Defect Review meetings
Experienced in hands on testing, creating test plans and scenarios and all test artifacts
Should be well experienced working in offshore and onshore model
Good exposure to functional automation using Selenium and other tools
Should be able to elicit, analyze, create and review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Manage day-to-day activities of offshore/onsite QA teams conducting End to end testing of applications and publish reports to leadership
Extensive experience in System Integration, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Performance Testing
Expertise in using HP Quality Center for Requirement Mapping, Test Case Design, Test Case Execution, Defect tracking and reporting
Expertise in using other Bug tracking tools like Clear Quest and JIRA and good hands on experience with TFS
Airline domain knowledge preferrable
