Location(s) : 1 in any of these places – Dallas / New Jersey / Chicago / Charlotte / Cary


· Should have good, hands-on domain expertise in one or more of Financial Services, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail and e-Commerce domains.
· Should have automation experience and functional expertise in three or more of the following process areas – Procure To Pay, Record To Report, Order to Cash, IT Service Desk, Procurement Ops, Supply Chain Management, Customer Care, Billing, Telecom Customer Lifecycle Support, Retail Banking Ops, Corporate Banking Ops, Investment Banking Ops, Campaign Management, Claims management, Customer Onboarding, Payer Ops, Provider Ops, Actuarial Services and Analytics
· Should have experience collaborating with client leads on automation opportunity identification, solution development and functional design.
· Good working knowledge and understanding of the RPA/Cognitive tool vendors, tool capabilities, features and functionalities.
· An excellent problem solver with result and research oriented approach.
· Experience developing responses to RFI/RFP


Tools and Knowledge:

Mandatory
· Candidate should have good functional understanding and experience in 2 or more of process / cognitive automation tools E.g., not limiting to – WorkFusion, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Pega RA, IBM Watson, UIPath, & Kofax
· Expert knowledge of MS Visio, Excel Macros and other office / productivity software.
· Good understanding of enterprise processes like Finance & Accounting, Procurement etc and IT Service Management processes
· Experience creating and demonstrating automation POCs to clients.

Optional (Desirable / Awareness)
· Experience working on Tableau, BO, Crystal Reports and other BI and reporting tools
