Job Description: Payment & Fraud Prevention Product Manager
Serve as subject matter expert on e-Commerce payment platform and fraud & abuse detection solutions
Monitor performance metrics for changes in payment trends, fraud & abuse trends, share insights and make product and feature recommendations
Develop and evangelize multiyear product strategies for both payment and for fraud & abuse solutions.
Manage feature roadmap; feature development, from design through QA and release; third party tool evaluation, selection and integration.
Perform forensic analysis on possible fraud and abuse issues to quickly identify operational or product changes and relay them to stakeholders
Must be self-starter, results oriented and able to execute plans and implement initiatives with sense of urgency
Manage multiple and concurrent projects and initiatives to meet or exceed business objectives
Minimum Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or in a engineering discipline
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in online payments and/or fraud prevention solutions
Cross functional experience working with Application Engineers, Analysts and Operations specialists that are responsible for the fraud & abuse tools and payment systems
Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand and interpret data from different sources and systems
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate complex findings and recommendations in a compelling and easy to understand manner
