Responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in a project life-cycle (initiation planning, executing/ controlling, and closing) associated with projects that are across multiple departments within a line of business segment and medium risk, scope and complexity.
Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work.
Develops and revises project plans and budgets, works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
Creates and delivers presentations to mid-senior level management on project goals and plans, including progress reports.
May be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors.
May manage a group of projects associated with a specific business function.
Performs project risk analysis.


Desired Experience:


1. 7+ years of project management experience (Must be a full life cycle project manager, owning projects beginning to end)

2. Both, Agile and Waterfall methodology experience

3. Experience managing projects ranging in budgets from 1-7MM or more. This role will typically require managing 1-3 projects with budgets in the range

4. Must be able to manage budgets and keep projects within scope and timeline

5. Any experience in ecommerce, Fraud, Digital, Online authentication, Security, Retail Banking (Bill Pay, Mobile banking etc) type of background is highly desirable

6. Previous Wells Fargo experience is a big plus as they would have familiarity with budget tools such as STAMP and, Plan View, and PM tools such as Clarity.

7. Experience with MS Project and JIRA are also desired

8. Must have exceptional communication skills, great phone presence and the ability to run and facilitate meeting.
