This is Sandy, Talent Acquisition Professional at SRI Tech Solutions Inc., an IT staffing and solutions services firm that serves clients with a full range of IT services that we deliver effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Able to quickly learn and understand, to a deep level of detail
Customer facing applications, Ux, customer and order flows
the behavior of the Restful web services the team produces, the public APIs, and the proper interaction patterns for those APIs
the clients (systems) who integrate with these services (REST APIs) and the proper interaction patterns
Serves as the primary point of contact to communicate application functionality, behavior and interactions between offshore and onsite teams. Filters questions and external feedback back to development team.
Communicates both verbally and in writing.
Working with the team architect, intakes new behaviors (features) and helps communicate them to development team.
Teaches internal team members system behavior during on-boarding.
Provides traceability of feature requests back to business owners
Develops test scenarios as input to QA and ensures proper test coverage.
Assists in the creation and execution of system and user acceptance test plans
When necessary, assists in writing test cases/data and executing tests

What would a normal day for this position look like
Understand and document Commerce services application’s flows, cart, checkout flows, fulfillments, payments, new requirements
Understand and document all transformation initiatives by Commerce Engineering.
Understand and document current web services, clients, suppliers and interaction patterns.
Disseminate system behavior to teams, both internal and external
Work with development team on new features
Attend daily standups
Write testing scenarios as input to QA team

Skills Overview:
Undergraduate Degree
5+ years in Business Analysis experience
2+ years experience with integrations between multiple systems via web services (REST or SOAP), queues, and batch approaches.
Analyzing existing interactions
Documenting existing and new interactions
Communicating interactions to both development and business leaders
2+ years experience with XML and JSON data
2+ years working in a small agile team, coordinating onsite-offshore teams, pairing/collaborating directly with developers
Able to produce clearly written stories and test scenarios for system to system interactions.
Understands and comprehends HTTP protocol and response codes at a detailed level
Ability to manage defects and stories in issue tracking system(s)
Highly Desired
Understanding of Jira and Confluence tools
Experience with noSql data stores (Riak, Cassandra)
Previous Retail/dotcom/inventory/transformation experience.
