12+ years total of experience with the following skill sets/methodologies…
Hands on software development experience
Strong Node/React/Javascript programming skills
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Rest/Micro-services
Strong skills working with relational databases
Experience with NoSQL technology (Mongo, Hadoop, Cassandra, Elastic Search, etc
Must have the ability to look at the bigger picture and come up technology architecture vision
Must have strong design skills, translating requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
Experience with popular web/mid-tier frameworks and development tools like Spring, GIT, Maven, Eclipse-based tools, etc.
Experience working in an agile environment
Comfortable working with cross functional teams
Desire to learn and be flexible to pick up new technology
Must demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive cross-team solutions all the way to delivery.
Ability to visualize the bigger picture and suggest technology architecture vision
