We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineer with a proven track record of
delivering on complex engineering tasks. As a Full Stack Engineer you will
be working on code at every layer of our stack. You should be crazy about
delivering pixel perfect UI s while also solving scalability, complex
business logic and system integrations. You will be making a real impact
will be one of the largest markets in the world, the residential real
estate market, in a fast pace San Francisco based startup.
Responsibilities

Drive great engineering process and follow agile methods

Motivate small engineering team

Drive efficiency in engineering process; own engineering throughput

Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams

Coordinate prioritization and balance of backlog, bugs, and new
features

Estimate and plan releases

Participating in all aspects of delivery, including planning, design,
code review, process
improvement, and code delivery
Desired key skills and experience
-
Working experience with LAMP stack.

Expertise in any of the following of languages React, Python, Go,
node.js or other object oriented
language.

Experience with developing complex systems scaling to millions of
users with production quality
deployment, monitoring and reliability.

Experience with large-scale distributed storage and database
systems (SQL or NoSQL, e.g.
MySQL, Cassandra

Ability to decompose complex business problems and lead a team in
solving them

Ability to dive into the details and code, in addition to thinking
strategically and and implementing
design and architectural concepts.

Ability to manage small team of engineers, motivating, and
maximizing productivity.

Candidate ideally lives in or open to relocating to the Bay Area.

systems.
