Job Description :
Position: SQL with Sybase Developer
Location: Mason, OH
FTE
Must Have Skills:
Over 6 years of strong experience in Unix Scripting, Shell Scripting
Strong database (SQL Server, Oracle) experience with writing SQL queries
Role Description:
Resolve unknown incidents and adhoc requests
Handle operational changes
Perform monitoring and functional enhancement requests
Participate in identifying problems
Perform root cause analysis
Contribute to knowledge base and participate in activities like Release acceptance and application Continuity Support WITH the objective of providing end of term (Quarter / Year)
Support to the project WITHIN THE LIMITS OF pre-defined corporate guidelines.
Must have strong production support experience & should have willingness to work on Production Support engagements.
