We are currently recruiting for a *Sr. Systems Analyst* in our Support
Center (Global Headquarters) located in Irving, TX.
*What will you be doing
*Basic Function:*
The Sr. Systems Analyst works as a liaison between the business and IT
groups. This position will act as an expert for gathering and documenting
business requirements, system specifications, user interface designs,
system flow diagrams, providing training to business users, developing test
plans, test scripts, and leading execution of the test plan. This position
is expected to bring expertise in customer facing capabilities such as
ecommerce and mobile web/app areas from a systems analyst perspective. A
successful candidate will 5 years of business facing role, prior experience
in Retail, ecommerce, and mobile areas. This position provides an
opportunity for being a part of an exciting and rewarding Digital

*Primary Responsibilities:*
Maintains effective communication with business and project teams
Liaison between the business community, the architecture and the
project development teams
Facilitates communication between the technology teams and the
business
Adheres to department SDLC process and project framework
Supports and adheres to defined architectural standards
Regularly provides guidance and assistance in mentoring less
experienced IT Systems Analyst
Participates in or conducts code reviews with development
partners to ensure requirements and quality standards are being met
Participates in production control review sessions
Assesses the use of technology components and ensures they are in
line with standard tools and technology
Complies testing results and tracks issues
Communicates defects discovered in UAT to the project team for
resolution
Assists in change management activities to deliver business
solutions.
Leads user acceptance phase of projects - definition and creation
of business requirements, system specifications, user interface designs,
system flow diagrams, providing training to business users, developing test
plans, test scripts, and leading execution of the test plan.
Conducts business facing workshops, prepares required workshop
materials, and drives effective outcome of workshops.
Drives and implements core strategies such as Mobile first,
Responsive Designs, and effective tactics for user interface designs and
system flows.
Understands and implements traceability matrix for mapping the
requirements, technical designs, and test cases.
Effectively uses tools such as MS Office, prototyping tools,
photo shop, test management tools such as Jira.
Effectively drives completion of requirements gathering, test
planning, test execution per the agreed upon project plan.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Computer Science, Business or related field of study
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
5 Years
Retail system or business experience
5 years of experience in business analysis in ecommerce, mobile,
Digital.
Competencies such as analysis and judgment
Extensive experience in gathering requirements
Experienced in documenting business, process and data flows
Understanding of systems development life cycle including issue,
risk and scope management
Understanding of test strategies, test plans, and test execution
Experience working with 3rd party and offshore development or
support partners a plus
Key competencies such as practicing continuous learning by
researching and applying best practices, providing honest and constructive
feedback, encouraging open expression of ideas and opinions, actively
listening to others etc.
Detail-oriented person with strong problem solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
