Technical/Functional Skills :
Overseeing all aspects of technical project management using an agile development methodology
Supporting industry leaders during a time of significant change and competitive uncertainties
Leading a team of on and offshore resources
Ensuring that technical requirements are well documented, QA is thorough, and deployment plans are clear and executed in a timely manner
Working with key client resources to identify both project and client business risks and developing and proactively acting on risk mitigation plans as needed
Ensuring project objectives are met by monitoring, measuring, and communicating progress regularly, both internally and with the client
Nurturing new business opportunities
Managing account and project-specific financials

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide Project Management support to Development / Product teams utilizing Agile & Kanban processes
Lead the team through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and identify/mitigate risks to lower the impact to the project
Be able to speak to questions or requests from business and technology owners
Assist with and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team
Drive team meetings and document and distribute action items
Serve as a business analyst when needed and document functional requirement and workflows, prioritize features and drive project scope as needed
Coordinate project resources to align with the customer’s overall product roadmap
Optimize current Project Management processes for efficiencies
Work closely with third party vendors and project teams
Maximize developer productivity through tools, scheduling and project support
A fast learner, able to adapt to the culture and the technology
Must be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs Inside this Business Group
