Experience Required:
Min 7+ years of ''Performance Testing'' exp
Experience in Performance test scripting using VSTS is a must.
Prepare and execute performance test strategy
Good understanding of testing process, methodology and testing tools
Need to have excellent communication and presentation skill
A strong advocate of Quality Assurance and Testing
Good understanding of Defect management process
Previous onsite exposure
Agile project testing exposure
Good interpersonal skills to interact with development and other stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing performance test strategy and plan by reviewing Architectural requirements
Leading test review boards
Test status reporting
Defect review and management
Effort estimation and capacity planning
Testing documentation, execution and management
Communicating with external stakeholders including development, business analyst and
product leads for all project related activities and driving QA activities.
