Client is a Medical Device Company that has been in business about 15 years. They are building a major upgrade to their product and need someone with experience building a test automation system. This is a full time, salaried position.
Candidates must have good job stability – AVERAGE 3 years per job.
Candidates will be interacting with all divisions within the company so they must have good communication skills.
Client is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to own their Software Quality Assurance team and help raise their robot''s quality and stability.

Experience Required:
5+ Yrs QA Leadership & Strategy – Client needs help prescribing a thorough QA strategy to ensure they are covering their risks in an efficient way. Client needs someone with automated UI Testing, Integration Test, Load Testing, Android Device Testing.
5+ Yrs Hands On/Automation: Must know Selenium, Protractor, FrisbyJS and Appium.
Client is evaluating: Newman, Postman, SoapUI, Postman, Gatling, JMeter, Grinder, Espresso, Calabash, UIAutomator, Burp Suite, Robotium – so experience with any of those tools would be great.
3+ Yrs Leadership Experience: Client means leading other QA members technically not HR wise.
Must be hands on - Client has a QA Automation Engineer but he needs help. Client has some automation in place but has a lot more to go. Expect to be hands on with their QA engineer and manual tests are your motivation to get us automated. Help them code, configure and pull theirs out of manual testing hell but bring the knowledge to forge your path / strategy so they are not slaving on scripts. Bring your experience!
