Position: Full Stack JavaScript Developer (Node, Microservices)
Location: Duluth, MN
Duration: Full time
Salary $125K

The Full Stack JavaScript Developer will be part of an Agile team working on providing a Digital client solution. The developer will be working with a dynamic team on a green field project on hybrid cloud architecture.

Roles / Responsibilities:
Work as a part of an Agile team developing a web application (VueJS/NodeJS)
Develop NodeJS/Express web services
Participate in full SDLC process (Design, Code, Test, etc
Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and tools

Desired Skills:
Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Typescript
Strong proven experience with NodeJS and Express
Experience with modern JS front-end frameworks (i.e VueJS, AngularJS/Angular, React, etc
Experience with TDD and JS testing frameworks; Jest is a plus
Good understanding of event-driven and Microservices architectures; Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming; Experience with implementing run-time architecture services (caching, logging, etc is a huge plus
Experience with container and cloud technology (i.e. Docker, K8s, Azure, etc is a plus
Experience with Microservice Architecture, Domain Driven Design is a plus
Experience with DevOps methodology and tools is a plus
