FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPERS Required Skills/Experience:
10+ years experience Full Stack JAVA developing large-scale, distributed applications in an enterprise environment ( this means 8-10 years NOT 15-20 years exp )
Strong Computer Science and Cybersecurity fundamentals
Highly proficient in Java; comfortable learning new languages and technologies as required
Exposure to public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and/or IBM SoftLayer
Specific experience in developing RESTful microservices and exposure to open-source API frameworks such as Swagger
Working knowledge of Linux (RHEL) system administration
Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
Understanding of DevOps philosophy
Understanding of modern SSO solutions including OAuth2 and ADFS
C++, Python and/or Go experience would be beneficial
Exposure to NoSQL or MongoDB database technologies
Understanding of configuration management tools such as Ansible
Experience with Git, Bitbucket and Jenkins
Experience building CI/CD continuous delivery pipelines to enable fully automated software releases
Familiarity with virtual machine and/or application container technologies such as VirtualBox, Docker and Packer would be beneficial
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in other regions/time zones (teams are spread across multi cities and continent’s and collaboration and managing time and cultural differences are key )
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preference is for Capital Markets exp
