Required Skills:
7+ years of strong experience on J2EE (JEE) and Angular 2 or 4
Strong experience on Java Web UI development
Experience in multi-threaded and Core Java programming
Experience on Java EE patterns and frameworks
Experience with the Rational Application Developer (RAD) or Eclipse tool
Good experience on Application Server (WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic) including: deploying applications; defining application specific resources and security configurations; setting up SSL, logging etc.
Experience with Web frameworks (Spring and JSF)
Experience on relational database tools and concepts (Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, SQL/XML, XSLT, XPath, XQuery)
Experience with AIX/Linux OS AIX Processes – Process Modeling, Monitoring, states, batch processing, priorities – shell scripting and command entry, process control, customizing user environments, Control-M– scheduling, multitasking, batch commands
Experience on JMS and similar technologies
Experience in using XML
Experience on Software Configuration Management (SCM) tool (i.e. GIT, Subversion, etc
Experience with Unified Process (UP) or Agile software development methodologies
Strong written and oral communication skills

Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for detailed technical design, development, and support of software applications using existing or new technology platforms.
Formulates concepts and develops solutions using defined user requirements.
Interpret requirements and work with the customer to clarify requirements as needed.
Designs, codes, tests, and documents enhancements to existing systems of high complexity and scope, working with common application designs and specifications, utilizing industry and System standard procedures, products and methodologies.
Execute performance and stress testing, as necessary.
Designs or adapts frameworks and best practices established for the project, team, and Retail Payments Office consistent with industry standards.
Works with business and technical resources in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting existing applications
Working with highly critical systems for the nation’s payment system which processes billions of dollars in transactions daily
Work with new technology for the national centralized banking systems
